Prep, Party and Pack!

It was a Triple-P night at the Meyer House....we prepped for the UW vs. USC tailgate, we partied with my parents for Rich's birthday and we packed for our 7:30am pick-up for the UW game on Saturday!

The night started off with me PREPPING the jello shots and mini-quiches for breakfast...mimosas are already in the cooler!
Next up, we partied and celebrated our 2 month ANNIVERSARY...my adorable husband brought me home these beautiful flowers!
What a keeper!

After that...we PARTIED some more at dinner with my parents!
The restaurant even had some decorations for him!
Only a few days left as a 30-year old BABE!
Make a wish...although, we know you already got that 2 months ago.
Wink, wink!
Tomorrow is a BIG day!
We better get our beauty rest!!!!
Go Huskies! Go Cougars!

Here are Denise and Pat at Dinner!
After dinner, we couldn't pass up a shot outside...here is Rich, Denise and Pat!
We swapped Pat out and put me in....still so stuffed from Chinese!
We got home and it was PRESENT time. A month back we spent the day in LaConner with Denise and found some awesome candles....Rich and I were able to make a special purchase and get them shipped back and surprise Denise!
It was a great time and so much fun to see Denise and Pat!

Setting sail with the Admiral....

Friday night...a few of our friends came over to hang out and get ready for the Football games on Saturday...

We started with a few cocktails on our deck...then headed out to dinner...

Here is Rich, Aaron and Dan...or the Three Amigos for this post!
We made it to Lake Forest Bar and Grill for some dinner....and time with the troops! So much fun!

Here are Dan and Jessica...
Rich and I...
...and the one and only AARON!
Finally made it to the table...good times! If this post was PG, I would tell you about all the funny stuff that happened....
The WHOLE GANG! Such a fun time!
After dinner, Jessica and I thought that it would be a good idea to make "snow angels"....or the closest thing to that without snow!
Yep, good times!
Bring on Rich's new shotgun...had to brag!
The night was filled with drinking games...friends....drinking games...and fun!

Even some crinkle fries...
More troops....Alex, Jenn and Alex's cousin...plus, Dave and Meena!
...and the Admiral has his way with me!
...thanks team!
The party went on without me...

Needless to say...I didn't make it out on Saturday...but spent the day recovering on the couch! The boys headed off to the Cougar game...and I stayed home and watched the Huskies WIN! Here we go team.

Saturday night Rich headed down to Portland for Brian's Bachelor party....and I watched Lifetime movies. What a great night!

A Labor of Love!

It's called a Labor of Love...because there are some things...you could only possibly do for love. For Rich and I this weekend...was all about loving eachother and making them happy.

From Kennewick and WSU games, to Husky games, to hunting in the woods...and unpacking all the wedding stuff and getting organized for fall...this whole weekend was PROOF about how much we love one another.

My sexy little husband in his COUGAR gear...while I attentively kept his beer stocked!
Next up...William and Eric came over to hang out and watch some football!
Miss Fischer and William...so precious!
My parents...hanging out for GAME TIME!
Touchdown HUSKIES...Amanda and I...kicking it!
Sunday morning...we headed up to the woods to test out Rich's new Shotgun!
Yep...I tried it out too!
My sexy husband...gosh, I love him!
Checking for Grouse...
The hail storm that sent us home early...but not before checking out one of my Grandpa's favorite spots ...The Liberty Cafe!
We also hit up dinner with Heather and Adam on Sunday night...and spent ALL of Monday putting Wedding gifts away, organizing the kitchen, cooking and cleaning the office. Whoa! Three day weekends are AWESOME!

Tomorrow is draft day for Couples Fantasy Football...wish Prick & Boner LUCK!

Perfect Last Sunday in August!

It's true...August has almost come to an end...but that didn't stop Rich and I from "making things happen"!!!!

For Labor Day weekend...we are planning to head over to Little Naches for Sunday and Monday...and that means shotguns, grouse and me in a "hunter's vest".....

Although I WILL NOT be hunting...I must wear one for safety!

My lovely husband picked me up a present from the outdoor store...I was so excited!!!!
SEE...pure joy!
Next up...Sunday was a day to load up all the C&B gifts from the wedding and transport them from my parents house to our home.

Shockingly enough....not one thing was broken!

Here is the CR-V loaded to the brim...
....oh, BIG STRONG MAN!
The front room...
...and the piles that came after! We headed to C&B and finished up our registry...and now we have complete set of dinnerware, silverware and more!

YEAH!
After C&B, we realized that my car had sap all over it....
...we got some special spray and washed it 2 times....there is still work to be done, but it looks SO much better.
Finally, we ended our night with a little before dinner fishing...
Rich had all the luck...
FISH ON!
FISH ON!
FISH ON...AGAIN!
Fish ON...do you see the pattern.

He got 5 Large Mouth and 1 Blue Gill...I had 2 bites!
It was a GREAT SUNDAY! Pretty soon...Sundays will equal FOOTBALL!

Fall is in the air....but it was a GREAT SUMMER!

New Year...New Bride!

Today, my Mom, Sister and I headed out for Bridal Gown shopping for My Sister's July 10, 2009 WEDDING! Yes...another wedding is ahead in the Boness family. (I have almost completely switched over to Meyer...but still a Boness at heart)!!!

Here are my Mom and Sister at Coffee before the adventurous day began!
Our second stop was The Princess Bride in Bothell...amazing dresses!

We hit a few more stops...but I can't show the pictures...don't want to give away the REAL dress. So much fun! Can't wait for another year of fun!
