Surprises for Grandma!

My mom went over for some puppy kisses today and when she opened the door was knocked over by the smell of puppy poopy! NOT GOOD!
Plus, our little angel moved his kennel around to get to something that was outside...making all the poop smear all over and on him.....he was COVERED!
Exhibit A
Exhibit B

All cleaned up and tuckered out from playing with Grandma!

Thanks so much Mom for checking on him and cleaning it up...hopefully, the only surprises when we get home are kisses from our cutie!!!

Our Outdoor Man...

The little man and BIG man had a big day....it started with getting the "doggy" gate attached at the top of the stairs so that we have a little more control over Chukar!
Chukar helping Daddy!
My boys...what posers!!!!
Next up was Outdoor fun with Daddy...Chukar and Rich played (raked leaves for over an hour outside)!

Check them out in action.

After that...it was time for Chukar's 1st BIG BOY bath...wasn't the happiest camper...but was a trooper!
Getting all dried off...his expression says it all!
Happy to be dry and getting warm.
We ended the afternoon with a little training session....
our little boy is learning so many new things!
Also, he's not our little boy anymore...he already weighs 10.4 lbs...WOW!!!

This week he will get to do his first TWO night overnight....and travel with Rich and I for New Year's. Now that we know what an Awesome traveler he is....all we have to worry about is how much he loves the snow!

Christmas Part 2 - Christmas Day!

We started off giving Chukar a little "freshen" up and to get the sap off his head...so thankful that tree will be gone today!!!
We loaded the car...and set off for our road trip to The Meyer Family Christmas in Kennewick!

Our little trooper loved riding in the car!
We even stopped at Indian John Hill to make a "potty" stop...he was way more interested in the smells around than taking care of any business!
When we arrived in Kennewick...Shawn took an instant love for Chukar
(I was scared that we wouldn't get him back...)
Denise and her boys (and Grand-Dog)!
The hat moved and played Christmas music!
AWESOME!!!
A little lovin' in the kitchen with Grandma M and Richie!
All loves for this Big Boy traveler!
Chris and Chukar bonded too...how could you not love that puppy!
We hung out with family and enjoyed a DELICIOUS dinner!
Chris even gorged on a bone....
After dinner, Dick and Chukar bonded a little...but Buddy and Four-Low wanted nothing to do with our little boy!
We even got to celebrate Chris' birthday while we were there!
Our little puppy all tuckered out...he sleep more this trip than even...thought he was getting sick...but realized that he was just worn out from all the fun!
More kisses from Grandpa M!
We hung out...played games, watched the wedding video and just enjoyed being with the family!

Chukar's first hotel stay...
he looks like the KING of the BED!
He even raised a little "heck" in the hotel room!
We headed back over to hang out with the fam...and I got Four-Low and Chukar to hang out for 1 minute...Four-Low was ready to pounce!
More meet and greets...and playing with toys!
Too cute...they were playing with the same toy...but different ends!
Yes...more of the puppies! (Buddy was staying FAR away)!
Chukar...sleeping all by himself...such a little grump when he is tired!
Giving some loves before we had to leave.
And even trying to say good-bye to Four-Low.
They had fun...next time Chukar will be double the boys...
Shawn getting some last minute loves in too!
The family shot...minus Chris!
We had such a good time on Christmas and the day after with Rich's family...it is never long enough...

All our love!!!

'twas the night before Christmas...

and all through the house...
not a creature was stirring...
except Chukar and Max!

Our little "family" Christmas present....Chukar!
Who has brought so much joy to Rich and I...and everyone he meets!
Our little "Fukar" has turned into quite the Big Boy and lover!
Max showed Chukar how to open a present...even though Chukar was more interested in Max wanting to play...but he was a good teacher!
Chukar watching Max...just wanting him to love him!
All tuckered out in his new bed from Grandma and Grandpa B.
He even "marked" his territory so that Max wouldn't think it was his...yes, you can see the dribbles on his duck.
Chukar helping Rich open a present....still not quite interested....
...and escaping to the Tree!
Finally, he was ready for nap #2...with his Christmas bow.
Yes...another picture of Chukar...but we just love him so much!
Santa rich bringing down the gifts from Aunt Roxy and Grandma G!
Mom and Dad with the puppies....relaxing after a delicious dinner!
XOXO
Rich and I got snuggies from my Aunt Roxy...woo hoo!
Go Washington (and Washington State)!
Nap #3 and this time Chukar took Rich with him....yes, we ate, we drank, we laughed and enjoyed our quiet little family time with my parents!
We headed to our house and Rich got to open his Christmas Eve present from Santa Stacie...
Yes! Pajamas!
And, I got a matching pair!!!
We went upstairs to play a new Wii game from Aunt Roxy...and I decided that Rich had to open one from me too....so Chukar and Rich got to play Chicken hunt and Duck hunt!
My cutie!
Christmas morning...getting ready for breakfast!
Chukar loving is little bed...
...and daddy's new hat!
My new gloves...and Chukar loved them.
The perfect wrap job (by Rich)....look at those lines.
Chukar finally opening up his 1st present...all by himself!
He was going to town...couldn't quite understand how Max was such a pro!
Woo hoo...new baby from Aunt Roxy and Grandma G....and kickin' it in his bed!
He wouldn't let that toy go...loves it!
And finally, some outdoor clothes for me....hahah!
Merry Christmas!!!

Off to Christmas dinner in Kennewick with Rich's Family....and Chukar's first road trip over 30 minutes. We are wearing him down so that he will sleep most the trip! Wish us luck!!!!

All our love to everyone this holiday season!
