Countdown to the TRI!!!

With 13 hours until Race Time....there was a knock at the door....with basket in hand, Amanda stopped by to give me a little "pre- and post-" race support kit.

Filled with Wine, BenGay, Icey Hot, Gatorade and more...plus an inspirational card with Michael Phelps on it....the best part of the basket was the Speedo Veil...for the Bride-to-Be!

My friends have truly outdone themselves!!!

Can't wait for tomorrow! I had my Carbs for dinner and am feeling ready!

Da bar is DONE! We "iced" it tonight so that no spillage will ruin our pretty bar. Come and get it!

Mini Luna Tri!

I did it...I did half of a Sprint Tri last night with the Luna Chix.

The sky was ominous...but spirits were high!!!

(And not the type of "spirits" that we consume)!

Rich spent the day finishing the benches and the yard,
while I worked away with my Mom on wedding stuff.

We are both beat...so....

If it was a little nicer out I think that we would be laying out there with a bottle of wine each...but, no can do! The TRI is in 6 days...and the weather is sub-par. We will have to wait until next Sunday to do that...believe me, it's gonna happen!

Late night snacks....

For our late night viewing and snacking enjoyment...Rich and I decided to satisfy our late night cravings with some homemade nachos and Top Gun!

Oh what a day....

middle June, back in Two thousand and nine....(shout out to Kelby...dancing arms too)!!!

Saturday was a busy day...but what do we expect...we are only 5 SHORT weeks away from the BIG DAY!!!

Today started out with a trip to the gym for me...and Rich working on the benches for the deck!

Here he is measuring and making sure they are perfect for everyone....happy hour is so close!

Next up, we went to Suz and Clay's to celebrate Clay's 30th Birthday and BBQ with some friends!!
