Avea and Me!

Too precious not to post...while out with Avea yesterday she pointed to my engagement ring and told me that "It was Pretty"...when I told her it was from Rich she told me "It was beautiful"...I think that she is in Love with My Man...almost as much as I am.

The Lockspot

Last night we headed out in our "Ballard Bests"...i.e. Jeans.....and met up with some friends at The Lockspot (of, The Deadliest Catch fame)...we were supposed to make it watch a band at the Tractor Tavern, but didn't make it over there.

I swear, the closer I get to 30...the "lamer" I get. Oh well, we had a blast while it lasted.

Kelby and Ryan met up with us at the bar...so great! Um, many "unthinkables" were spoken of...and since I'm not sure who is reading this...I'll just let your imaginations run wild.
Yep, that's me and Rich...I'm the one who is laughing uncontrollably because Heather just licked my face. Not once, but twice...

Pretty, Pretty Princess!

Today, my mom, sister and I met up with Lori and Avea and went dress shopping. She is going to be the prettiest FLOWERGIRL ever.

After a few stops with no success, we hit the jackpot and found a few that we loved. Of course, you will have to come to the wedding to find out which one we picked....

Avea warmed up to the idea and thought the dresses were "beautiful"...she danced around and even posed a little. I have to say, from the stories I've heard...she acted a little like me at that age. Love the girlie...Love the dress.

After a day of shopping we ended up at lunch...

Ok, I'm too excited not to share...but tonight Rich and I ordered dresses for his nieces for the wedding. So freakin' cute. I can't wait to see everything come together.

Thanks for Gabie and Sami for being great sports...and sporting dresses for the wedding...it's going to be so much fun!
